I have been a long-term supporter of the Wiston Estate, a thriving rural estate that employs over 40 people and provides accommodation for over 100 families at the foot of the Southdowns. They recently opened their new restaurant Chalk, which is next to their new vinery and visitors centre.
It was great to visit Richard and Kirsty in their first week of operation. Their vision of English Sparkling wine has won them national awards. Chalk was constructed over several Covid lockdowns and the commitment to their business I am sure will be rewarded with every success.
